Description
Hello, Please check all of my listings. I am listing my vast collection of memorabilia from the famed Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills, MI. I am selling my collection to help pay for my upcoming wedding. I also have a vast collection of items from The Masters and Augusta National Golf Club. I have several hundred items from Oakland Hills. My collection includes items from every Major Event held at Oaklnd Hills Country Club dating back to the 1922 Western Open. Please feel free to email with any questions you may have. It will take some time to list everything. If there is something particular you are looking for, please ask. I have programs from every major hosted with the exception of the 1924 US Open. I believe that I have the largest collection of Oakland Hills memorabilia anywhere. I have everything from programs, ticket stubs, prints, pairing sheets, plates, ball markers, photos, scorecards ect. Please be sure to check back often and e-mail me with questions. Thanks so much for looking!!!! You are bidding on a program from the 1937 U.S. Open held at Oakland Hills Country Club, June 10-12 1937. This was won by Ralph Guldahl. There is no question that this is an EXTREMELY RARE US Open program. Starting at the top of the program cover it reads: "OFFICIAL PROGRAM, FORTY-FIRST, OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP, UNITED STATES GOLF ASSOCIATION, OAKLAND HILLS COUNTRY CLUB, BIRMINGHAM MICHIGAN - JUNE 10,11,12, 1937, PRICE FIFTY CENTS" The program has 104 pages and is completely in tact. There are no missing or torn pages. The interior pages are in excellent condition. I have only opened the program once to inspect and read the vintage content. The cover has some creases and discoloration. There is wear around the edges of the cover. I do not believe there is major wear. Being from 1937, I believe the condition is extremely good. The fact that there are no tears, missing pages or major stains. Also, the fact that this program is complete with the cover attached makes this even more RARE and special. Please email me any questions you have. Thanks for looking and good luck.
